Practice Challenge

Want to earn some free concert tickets and other great prizes? Do you sing or play an instrument? Then sign up for the South Bend Symphony Orchestra’s Practice Challenge. Fill out the registration form, including your teacher’s recommended practice times, and email it back to us. You can then download a practice log and keep track of your daily practice over a 6 week period. At the end of each 6 week period send back the verified practice log and we will send you some great prizes such as tickets to a South Bend Symphony concert.

Practice Log

Download and complete the Practice Challenge Log by inputting the number of minutes practiced each day according to your teacher’s requirements. At the end of each week, both the student and parent should sign the form to verify the amount of practice done in a given week. Once the 6 week period is over, submit this form via email to:
